How do I choose my size?

Our sweatshirts are a unisex classic fit. Each product page has a size guide in inches and centimeters. If you like a relaxed, oversized look, go one size up.

How big is the embroidery?

The embroidered design is about 4 inches (10 cm) on the center chest, the size of a small, neat patch rather than a full-front print.

How long will my order take?

Every item is embroidered to order. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days, then delivery takes about 3 to 5 business days in the US and 3 to 6 business days in Japan. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Is shipping free?

Yes, standard shipping is free on every order to the United States and Japan.

Is there a discount if I buy more than one?

Yes. Buy any 2 items and you'll get 15% off the second one. The discount is applied automatically in your cart, no code needed.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because each item is made just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size. If your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. See our Refund Policy.

How do I care for embroidery?

Wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle, tumble dry low or hang dry, and don't iron directly on the embroidery.

Who makes your products?

Every design is created by Pokaya in Japan, with the help of AI-assisted drawing tools, and refined by us for embroidery. Your item is embroidered and shipped by our production partner, Printful.
