Made to order
Each item is embroidered after you order. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days. During busy periods, especially November and December, it can take a little longer.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and Japan.
Shipping rates and delivery times
- United States: free standard shipping on every order. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days after your order ships.
- Japan: free standard shipping on every order. Delivery usually takes 3 to 6 business days after your order ships.
Delivery times are estimates from our production partner and carriers, not guarantees. Total time from order to delivery is production time plus delivery time.
Tracking
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages.
Duties and taxes
For orders shipped across borders, any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Problems with delivery
If your package is late, lost or arrives damaged, please see our Refund Policy or email us at pokaya.shop@gmail.com. Please contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
